Most contractors don't have a lead problem. They have a leak problem.
Homeowners are already searching for you. The site, the ads and the inbox are where they slip away, one at a time.
Your site looks fine on your laptop.
On a phone, where most homeowners look, it takes 8 to 15 seconds to show anything. They're gone before the hero image loads.
Ads run, nobody knows what a lead costs.
Google Ads on autopilot, no call tracking, no idea which keyword brought the $80,000 kitchen or the $400 repair call, and which one burned the budget.
Leads land in an inbox full of spam.
Unprotected forms, no CRM, no follow-up. The homeowner who wrote on Saturday hires whoever answered first.
Bela Development, design-build contractor in Venice, CA
Where they started. an older site that was slow on mobile, ads running on autopilot, and no way to tell which ad or listing a lead came from.
What I did. designed the structure and visual identity, rebuilt the site on Next.js with a CMS the team edits themselves, moved 73 project case studies, set up GA4, Tag Manager and call tracking, restructured Google Ads and launched Microsoft Ads with weekly search-term hygiene, added an AI assistant that answers pricing questions and books consultations, and wrote 12 cost guides and how-to articles from real search data.
One partner. Every piece of your presence.
Your website, your ads, your tracking and your follow-up, built and run by the same person, so no lead falls through the cracks.

Contractors, builders and local service companies in Los Angeles. Every site built to load fast on a phone and to turn a visit into a call.
Marketing by trade.
The same system, tuned to how homeowners buy each service. Each page has the leaks, the build and a real Los Angeles case for that trade.

After Slava optimized our website, our traffic increased by 50%. We can't thank him enough!
Choose the sprint that fits where your business is.
Each sprint is billed in advance and ends with a written report. You book one sprint at a time. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Microsoft.

Full Funnel
You want one person running the entire lead pipeline.
- Everything in Growth
- SEO and content: 4 to 8 cost guides and service pages a month from search data
- Reviews and profiles: Google reviews flow, Yelp and Houzz kept current
- AI assistant on your site: pricing and service questions 24/7, books consultations
- Re-engagement of past estimates and clients: seasonal e-mail offers
Google Ads only, social media posting or ads, tracking, a landing page, an AI assistant or the one-time website: every price is on one page.
Stop whenever you like, for example when the business is generating all the leads it can handle. Every account, domain and line of code stays in your name.
Numbers and checklists, not theory.
Questions owners ask first.
Are you in Los Angeles?
No, I work remotely from Europe, and I work only with home service businesses in Los Angeles and Orange County: contractors and remodelers, appliance and HVAC repair, plumbers, electricians, fence and landscaping companies. Your accounts, domain and phone tracking are in your name, and the work happens in writing during your business day. My last client, a design-build contractor in Venice, never needed me on site.
How do we communicate?
Text, e-mail or WhatsApp, with same-day answers, usually within the hour during your morning. Weekly written progress updates and a monthly performance report. No meetings to schedule; a call is always possible for a milestone.
Why is a sprint billed in advance?
Because you book one sprint at a time. Each sprint ends with a written report, and the next one starts only when you decide it earned it. There is no long-term contract to get out of.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. If the foundation is sound, Growth includes a transformation of your current site instead of a rebuild: speed, structure, lead flow. The free audit tells you which one you need before you spend anything.
How fast do results come?
Ads: first tracked leads typically within two to four weeks. A website: three to six weeks to launch. Content and SEO: two to four months; for Bela Development two articles reached page 1 of Google within two months.
What ad budget do I need?
Most Los Angeles home service businesses start at $1,500 to $3,000 a month, paid directly to Google and Microsoft. Repair and service companies usually start lower than remodelers. The plan sets the number, and I don't change budgets without your word.
What happens if I stop?
Everything stays with you: the site, the ad accounts, the tracking, the content, and a written handover guide. It keeps working the day after.
Do you work with Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy sites?
For fixes and ads, yes. For a new build, I use Next.js or WordPress, because that is where speed, SEO and lead tracking can be controlled properly.
